Description
'Pattern of the Triangles (Sketch)' is een schets van het motief van de driehoeken, dat geregeld voorkomt in Chychkans werk. Het motief refereert naar het modernistische werk van Heorhiy Narbut (1986-1920) en naar de zgn. 'driehoek van Serpinsky'. De kleuren zwart, paars en rood, gekoppeld aan het geel en blauw van Oekraïne, koppelen de strijd voor sociale rechtvaardigheid aan de Oekraïense onafhankelijkheidsstrijd.
