'The Ribbons in the Sky, Triptych' bestaat uit drie aquarellen die naast elkaar worden gepresenteerd, zonder spatie. De aquarellen tonen kleurrijke linten voor een wolkenhemel. De aquarellen werden aangebracht op de achterkant van een vel uit een kalender, dat werd toegevouwen. Het werk past in Chychkans anarchistische filosofische denken, dat gericht is op de toekomst, terwijl het ondertussen een analyse maakt van het verleden.
